A Net of Musings by Margaret Boles
I went to the river
But I brought no rod,
Nonetheless, I had
A successful catch, for
I caught a poem
In the net of my musings

Margaret Boles has been writing poems since 1996. After publication of The Eye of the Tiger many years ago, she hopes to be able to publish another anthology before too long. Writing poetry has always been an antidote to the busyness of family life, but the arrival of grandchildren and the deaths of her sister, two brothers-in-law and her sister-in-law has meant that she has had less time to send work for publication of recent years. Her poems Art Forms and Dreaming were published by Trouvaille Review in 2021.
