Light and Its Tendencies by Glen Armstrong

I finish surrendering,

and I am asked to surrender more.

I drink black coffee.

The beadwork has worn from my shoes.

I eat blueberries.

I have no hope,

no time to slow down.

Pink blossoms fall from apple

blossom trees.

Urgh!

I am besieged by light and its tendencies.

A bottle of Orange

Crush glistens in the sun.
